• Morgan testified he spent February 8, 2024, at a friend’s house on Squires Street until after dark and insisted he was never in Skelmersdale that evening.

• He denied ever threatening Lenny Scott and highlighted Instagram messages he claimed showed the victim offering drugs and violence to other officers.
