  • A total of 22 individuals have reported eye complications after the event, the symptoms of which are consistent with photokeratitis, a condition caused by UV light exposure, which is usually temporary but can cause severe pain.

  • Yuga Labs has publicly acknowledged the reports of eye-related issues and is investigating the claims with the help of an independent firm. It is looking into the potential culprit, including fluorescent paint and UV light.
