Moon Studios Announces Action RPG 'No Rest for the Wicked'

Moon Studios, the team behind Ori and the Blind Forest, has revealed its first action RPG, No Rest for the Wicked, set to release as an Early Access title on Steam in the first quarter of 2024, with later releases on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
The game features a hand-crafted world with a painterly art style, where players explore an island called Isola Sacra, home to various protagonists, hidden treasures, creatures, and secrets.
No Rest for the Wicked emphasizes skill and timing over button-mashing in its combat system, with fights described as animation-driven, direct, and tactile.
The game's story is set in the year 841, during a pivotal moment marked by the passing of King Harol Bolein, leading to a devastating conflict and the reemergence of a deadly plague on the remote island of Sacra.
The game also includes a multiplayer mode, allowing players to share their world and progress with up to three friends in the campaign's online co-op.
