'Moon' Director Duncan Jones Wraps Principal Photography for 'Rogue Trooper'

Duncan Jones, known for directing 'Moon' and 'Warcraft', has completed principal photography for his new animated film 'Rogue Trooper', based on the comic strip from British anthology comic 2000 AD.
The film features a star-studded cast including Aneurin Barnard, Hayley Atwell, Jack Lowden, Jemaine Clement, Matt Berry, Diane Morgan, Alice Lowe, Asa Butterfield, and Sean Bean.
'Rogue Trooper' tells the story of 19, a blue-skinned super soldier who is the sole survivor of an invasion and is on a mission to find the traitor who betrayed his comrades. His deceased squad mates' personalities are preserved digitally in his gun, helmet, and rucksack.
The film is being created using Epic's Unreal Engine 5, marking a significant advancement in animation technology within an indie budget.
The film is set to complete production in 2025, but a release date has not yet been announced.
