  • The no-limit hold’em event drew 19,654 entrants over five Day 1 flights and features 1,045 mystery bounties ranging from $1,000 to two $1 million envelopes.
  • Over 200 players are now vying for the $1 million first-place prize, with each remaining competitor guaranteed at least $2,130 from the main prize pool.
  • Montoya said he plans to reinvest some of his bounty winnings into adding more WSOP events to his summer schedule.
