Overview
- September 2025 data place Montevideo first at US$3,209 per m2, followed by Mexico City (US$2,909), Monterrey (US$2,787), Guadalajara (US$2,717) and Buenos Aires (US$2,622).
- Across the 12 cities measured, asking prices rose 6.2% in US dollars since March, equivalent to 4.5% in real dollars and about 1.2% in local-currency real terms.
- Guadalajara posted the largest six-month gain at 14.7% in dollars, with São Paulo up 13.2% and Rio de Janeiro up 9.5%, while Mexico City rose 9.1% and Monterrey 7.5%.
