- Montevideo averages US$3,209 per m2 to lead the ranking, followed by Mexico City (US$2,909), Monterrey (US$2,787), Guadalajara (US$2,717) and Buenos Aires (US$2,622).
- Across the sample, asking prices rose 6.2% in nominal dollars versus March, 4.5% after US inflation, and about 1.2% in local-currency real terms.
- Guadalajara posted the biggest dollar gain at +14.7%, with São Paulo at +13.2% and Rio de Janeiro at +9.5%, while Montevideo fell 3.6% and Quito 1.2%.
- Mexico’s major markets also climbed sharply, with Mexico City up 9.1% and Monterrey 7.5% in dollar terms over six months.
- In local purchasing-power terms, Córdoba (+8.8%) and Rosario (+8.7%) led increases as Montevideo (-9.7%), Monterrey (-3.2%) and Quito (-3.1%) recorded the steepest declines.
