Monterrey Debuts Circuito B of Fare-Free Regio Ruta Network

Circuito B offers daily free service across 29 kilometers with 85 stops to connect northwest neighborhoods to existing Ecovía lines.

Overview

  • Circuito B began operations on August 4 as the second phase of Mayor Adrián de la Garza’s fare-free Regio Ruta network.
  • The new 29-kilometer corridor spans La Alianza, Plutarco Elías Calles and Valle Verde across 85 stops and three terminals and links with Ecovía stations at Plutarco Elías Calles, Embotelladora and Valle Verde.
  • Services run Monday through Saturday from 5:00 to 23:00 and Sundays and holidays from 7:00 to 23:00.
  • Riders must register through the municipal portal, service centers or the Regio Ruta app to receive free access cards, with a one-month grace period for unregistered passengers.
  • The fleet comprises new Mercedes-Benz buses equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, mobile chargers, GPS, wheelchair ramps and CCTV tied to the city’s C4 security center.
