Overview

  • Version 1.021 is live on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC with patch sizes of around 3 GB on consoles and up to 6 GB on Steam with the high-resolution texture pack
  • Nine initial 9★ Tempered monsters are now available in new high-difficulty quests for hunters at rank 100 or above
  • Glowing Stones drop from 9★ quests and can be appraised into randomized Talismans that grant powerful passive and weapon skills but cannot be upgraded
  • Weapon balance adjustments expanded from five to eleven weapon types aim to refine combat viability across diverse playstyles
  • A fresh crash bug when fainting has been confirmed across all platforms and Capcom is preparing a hotfix ahead of deeper CPU and GPU optimizations in future updates
