Overview

• Announced during the 125th episode of Mann Ki Baat on August 31, the initiative targets aspirants who fell just short of UPSC final merit lists.
• Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the databank already includes details of over 10,000 eligible candidates.
• Verified ministries, PSUs, autonomous bodies and private companies can register to view candidate profiles and make hires.
• Reworked from the 2018 Public Disclosure Scheme, the platform launched as a digital portal in July 2025 with employer logins and shortlisting dashboards.
• Early uptake includes ESIC recruiting 451 officers through the portal and more than 100 organisations registering, with the Prime Minister noting hundreds of placements.
