Overview
- The three-day conclave runs November 3–5 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, where the Prime Minister is scheduled to address attendees around 9:30 am.
- The Research, Development and Innovation Scheme has a ₹1 lakh crore outlay over six years, with ₹20,000 crore earmarked for FY 2025–26 from the Consolidated Fund of India.
- Support will be provided through long-term low or zero‑interest loans, equity investments and contributions to a Deep‑Tech Fund of Funds, with no grants or short‑term loans.
- Organizers expect more than 3,000 participants from academia, industry, research institutions and government, including Nobel laureates and eminent scientists.
