Overview
- He will lay the foundation stones for the Heo (240 MW) and Tato-I (186 MW) hydropower projects in the Siyom/Yarjep sub-basin with a combined outlay of over Rs 3,700 crore, to be executed by the Arunachal government and NEEPCO.
- Tato-I is estimated at Rs 1,750 crore with expected output of about 802 million units per year, while Heo is pegged at Rs 1,939 crore targeting roughly 1,000 million units annually.
- He will inaugurate the Integrated Convention Centre at Tawang, a PM-DevINE/MDoNER project completed at about Rs 145.37 crore.
- Additional launches in Arunachal total roughly Rs 1,290 crore across connectivity, healthcare, fire services and working women’s hostels, with a public address planned at Indira Gandhi Park in Itanagar.
- He will also meet taxpayers, traders and industry representatives on GST rate rationalisation in Itanagar before traveling to Tripura to inaugurate upgrades at the Mata Tripura Sundari Temple under the PRASAD scheme.
