• UPITS 2025, the third edition of the state-led trade showcase, will run from September 25–29 at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida.
• Chief minister Yogi Adityanath reviewed preparations and directed departments to mount pavilions, arrange buyer–seller meetings, and spotlight flagship schemes.
• Daily knowledge sessions will cover the $1 trillion economy goal, electronics, e-commerce, ODOP, insurance, blue economy and health, with support from IIT Kanpur and AKTU.
• Russia will field an official delegation, a Khadi-themed fashion show is planned, and Padma award‑winning entrepreneurs and artisans are being specially invited.
• The Gautam Buddha Nagar administration has been instructed to ensure traffic management, safety, visitor convenience and cleanliness throughout the five-day event.
