Overview
- The Prime Minister will open the Rashtra Prerna Sthal in Lucknow at 2:30 pm on December 25 and deliver a public address.
- Built over about 65 acres for roughly Rs 230 crore, the site features 65-foot bronze statues of Vajpayee, Syama Prasad Mookerjee and Deendayal Upadhyaya, plus a two-storey museum with five galleries and 12 interpretation walls.
- Facilities include an amphitheatre for 3,000, a meditation hall, a yoga centre, helipads and a rally ground designed for more than 2 lakh people.
