Overview
- The Chenab Bridge, the world’s highest railway span, was completed this month to strengthen connectivity on the Jammu–Baramulla line.
- The cabinet approved ₹6,405 crore for rail multi-tracking across Jharkhand, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, adding 318 km to the network and linking more than 1,400 villages.
