Overview
- Modi flagged off 200 electric DEVI buses on World Environment Day, elevating Delhi’s e-bus count to 2,095.
- The 9-metre vehicles seat 23 passengers and are equipped with GPS, CCTV, panic buttons, voice announcements and accessibility ramps.
- Modi also planted a banyan sapling under the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ drive to support the Aravalli Green Wall reforestation project.
