- Voting opened today and the first phase runs through noon ET on June 25 with fans allowed up to five votes per day plus a sixth via a separate app.
- At the close of phase one the field will be cut to two finalists at each infield spot and the DH and six outfielders per league, and the top vote‑getter in each league earns an automatic start.
- Phase two runs from noon ET on June 29 to noon ET on July 2 and will determine the fan‑voted starting lineups, which MLB will announce on July 2.
- Full 32‑player All‑Star rosters will be revealed on July 6 with the remaining reserves and pitchers chosen by player ballots and the commissioner's office, and each MLB team will have at least one representative.
- All‑Star week in Philadelphia will run around the game and include the HBCU Classic, the MLB Draft, the Futures Game, and the Home Run Derby before the Midsummer Classic at Citizens Bank Park on July 14.
