Overview
- MLB Network released its Top 100 Players Right Now for 2026 on Jan. 23, with Corbin Carroll No. 9, Ketel Marte No. 19 and Geraldo Perdomo No. 24.
- Carroll jumped from No. 32 last year after a 2025 season that included 31 homers, 32 steals and an NL-leading 17 triples.
- Marte slipped one spot from 2025 to 2026 but remains a Top 20 bat and is under a club-friendly multi-year deal after Arizona explored trade talks this winter.
- Perdomo entered the list for the first time at No. 24 following a breakout 2025 highlighted by 20 home runs and more walks than strikeouts.
- The trio each posted at least a 135 wRC+ in 2025, a first for three qualified Diamondbacks hitters in the same season.
