- Sunday Night Baseball and the entire Wild Card round move to NBCUniversal, with games distributed across NBC, Peacock and the relaunched NBCSN and a Sunday slate that includes a morning Leadoff package and a new whiparound show.
- ESPN acquires MLB.TV and will integrate out-of-market games into the ESPN app, adds in-market streaming rights for the Padres, Mariners, Twins, Guardians, Diamondbacks and Rockies, and keeps a 30-game exclusive weeknight slate.
- ESPN says ESPN Unlimited subscribers will get a daily out-of-market Game of the Day (about 150 games per season), while full MLB.TV access and packaging details remain to be finalized; ESPN also retains national radio rights.
