Overview

• The city council has issued an official bando that defines festival dates, free‐entry rules for casetas and strict operating hours across the Centro Histórico and Real precincts.
• Local police will install 16 new video surveillance cameras around the Real de Cortijo de Torres and deploy daily drone flights to monitor public order and aid rapid response.
• Officers are authorized to screen and seize weapons, pyrotechnics or unauthorized containers in public spaces to uphold safety and noise regulations.
• Protección Civil will staff fixed volunteer posts in both festival zones, provide QR‐coded bracelets for minors and dependents and equip vehicles with defibrillators for cardioprotected coverage.
• EMT will extend its service hours, introduce an F line between the Centro and the Real and designate dedicated taxi and VTC pick-up and drop-off zones to streamline visitor access.
