Overview
- The blockade is scheduled from 7 a.m. on October 23 to 4 p.m. on October 26 on the Sairang–Vairengte and Kolasib–Bairabi sections, with the Kawnpui–Durtlang diversion also targeted and emergency vehicles exempted.
- Organisers from the MTA Kolasib unit and a joint action committee say dangerous post-monsoon conditions and accidents persist despite repairs carried out in July and August.
