Missouri Teacher Arrested for Alleged Sexual Relationship with Student

Hailey Clifton-Carmack, a high school mathematics teacher, faces charges including statutory rape and child molestation; student's father also arrested.

Missouri high school teacher Hailey Clifton-Carmack has been arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of a child, statutory rape, sexual contact with a student and child molestation.
Clifton-Carmack allegedly had sex with a 16-year-old student on school grounds and used other students as 'lookouts'.
The student's father, Mark Creighton, was aware of the relationship and has been arrested on a charge of first-degree child endangerment.
Clifton-Carmack was arrested in Texas and is awaiting extradition back to Missouri.
The school district has stated that Clifton-Carmack has not been in the district since December 8, 2023 and they do not anticipate her return.
