Missing Toddler Found Safe, Sleeping on Family Dog After Wandering 3 Miles

A 2-year-old girl went missing from her Michigan home on September 21.
The girl wandered into the woods accompanied by two family dogs.
Search efforts involved drones, police dogs and help from local residents.
A local resident found the toddler asleep about 3 miles from home, using a dog as a pillow.
After being checked by medical staff, the toddler appeared to be in good health.
