Schwab's boyfriend, Chad Christopher Stevens, has been arrested and charged with tampering with evidence and assault.
Schwab's mother had reported her missing in June, expressing fear for her daughter's life due to Stevens' abusive behavior.
Stevens allegedly admitted that Schwab died in his home in July 2022 and he hid her body in the fridge.
