• NSW Police, Marine Rescue NSW, PolAir and volunteer vessels resumed search operations at first light leading to his discovery.
• Terry Deefholts’s Facebook plea for boats, drones and beach walkers mobilized family members and local volunteers.
• Authorities found his bike, clothes and shoes at the One Tree access point indicating he left without his phone or smartwatch.
• He is currently in stable condition and under observation at Grafton Base Hospital with family support.
