Missing Illinois family believed to have fled state after man charged with domestic violence

An Illinois family of four has been missing for nine weeks.
The father, Stephen Lutz, faced domestic battery charges and was ordered to stay away from his family.
The family left in a U-Haul after the charges were filed and their cellphones last pinged in Indiana and Kentucky.
A $20,000 reward is being offered for information on the missing family's whereabouts.
