Missing Hiker Found Safe After Week-Long Search in Scottish Highlands

Paul Conway, 67, was located uninjured after an extensive search involving multiple rescue teams.

Paul Conway, a former British Army veteran, went missing during a 30-mile trek in the Knoydart peninsula.
He set out to reach The Old Forge, the UK's most remote pub, for a free pint but lost his way.
A major search operation included Lochaber Mountain Rescue, RAF Mountain Rescue, Search and Rescue Dog Association, HM Coastguard, and Police Scotland.
Conway was found south of Loch Morar, a little worse for wear but in good spirits, and was taken to hospital as a precaution.
His family expressed immense gratitude to all involved in the search efforts and confirmed he is in good health.
