Mintrocket, the developer behind the popular game Dave the Diver, has revealed its new game, Wakerunners, a top-down team battler game set in a post-apocalyptic earth.
Wakerunners is a 4v4 and 5v5 competitive action game that emphasizes fast-paced close-quarters combat and allows players to swap characters mid-battle.
The game features a unique acceleration and deceleration mechanic, allowing players to glide across the arena at high speeds.
A demo of Wakerunners will be available during the next Steam Next Fest, featuring five different modes and seven playable characters.
The game is currently only confirmed for PC.
