Overview

  • A groundbreaking ceremony on August 4–5 officially marked the start of construction for the 14-storey Avani Singapore Hotel.
  • The 200-room property is located in the Tanjong Pagar district at 24 Peck Seah Street and is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2027.
  • Minor Hotels is partnering with Kajima Development alongside Al Wathba Investment to develop the inaugural Avani-branded hotel in Singapore.
  • Planned amenities include a pool deck, an AvaniFit gym, multiple dining venues and a pedestrian link between Peck Seah and Tras Street.
  • Situated under 200 meters from Tanjong Pagar MRT Station and about 350 meters from Maxwell MRT Station, the hotel will offer seamless access to downtown and Marina Bay.
