Minnesota's New EagleCam to Go Live, Capturing Bald Eagles' Lives

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources launches a new EagleCam, offering a closer look at a different eagle pair after the previous nest's collapse.

The new EagleCam will stream live starting Thursday at 6 a.m. CST on the Minnesota DNR's website and YouTube channel.
The camera features a different pair of eagles at a new location, after the original nest collapsed in 2023 due to a snowstorm.
The previous EagleCam was popular worldwide, attracting viewers from 50 states and about 160 countries.
The new eagle pair has been nesting at the undisclosed location for at least four years and successfully raised several broods.
The EagleCam initiative is part of the Nongame Wildlife Program, which supports wildlife projects across Minnesota.
