• The fair's 2025 food lineup adds 33 new items, boosting its selection to more than 1,600 offerings.

• Midtown Global Market’s Irie Jamaican and Oasis Grill & Hoyo Sambusa will operate on limited schedules at the International Bazaar from Aug. 27–Sept. 1 and Aug. 21–26, respectively.
