• Suspect Vance Boelter remains jailed on six federal and four state murder charges and is awaiting a grand jury decision on potential first-degree counts.
• House District 34B, covering parts of Anoka and Hennepin counties, has been vacant since the June 14 fatal shooting of Rep. Hortman and her husband.
