MINI is deploying dual sites in Munich to showcase its motorsport heritage with exclusive showcars at Lenbachplatz alongside electric mobility via public test drives at Max-Joseph-Platz
Overview
- The two John Cooper Works showcars, developed with a world-famous lifestyle brand, will make their world debut at the MINI Pavilion on Lenbachplatz.
- An Open Space at Max-Joseph-Platz will feature the MINI JCW Electric, Aceman SE and Countryman SE ALL4 with public test drives operated in partnership with SIXT.
- The MINI Pavilion has been extensively remodeled into a dedicated JCW environment complete with bespoke design treatments and branded merchandise.
- On September 13, MINI club members will embark on a Community Day drive from Gut Kaltenbrunn on Lake Tegernsee through Munich, culminating in a gathering at the Lenbachplatz Pavilion.
- Through this activation at IAA Mobility 2025, BMW Group seeks to reinforce MINI’s distinct identity by blending its racing legacy with forward-looking electrification initiatives.
