- Digital enrollment runs from January 19 to March 6, 2026 via matriculadigital.pe, with a parallel in-person option available for families.
- The online process covers initial, primary and secondary in public schools for first-time entrants, transfers and returning students in selected areas.
- The rollout is limited to focalized UGELs in Lima Metropolitana, Callao, Arequipa, Tacna, Moquegua and Lima Provincias, with specific UGELs listed by the ministry.
- Parents submit applications by registering student data, selecting nearby schools based on vacancies, sending the request and awaiting vacancy confirmation.
