- Around 12:22 a.m. on Dec. 27, officers located the man driving the involved vehicle in Mequon and took him into custody.
- Police said charges referred include operating while intoxicated (third offense), disorderly conduct, reckless driving, possession of marijuana, operating after revocation, and failure to install an ignition interlock device; the woman was later found safe and uninjured, and the investigation continues.
