Milram Recalls Yogurt Due to Metal Contamination Risk

The DMK Group issues a nationwide recall of three Milram yogurt products after discovering metal fragments in large containers.

The recall affects three types of Milram yogurt sold in 10-kilogram buckets, including Milram Yogurt 3.5% stichfest, Vollmilchjoghurt 3.5% natur, and Magermilchjoghurt 0.1% natur.
Consumers are advised to check the minimum shelf life dates, which range from November 24 to December 19, 2024, to identify affected products.
The contamination involves metal fragments potentially originating from a copper cable, with pieces measuring up to two centimeters in length.
Only yogurt containers marked with the '9.2' imprint on the bottom are affected, and products without this marking are safe to consume.
The issue stems from a packaging manufacturing error, which has since been addressed by the supplier.
