  • On Day 3 Soman completed a cumulative 330 km through monsoon-soaked Konkan hills, maintaining a daily regimen of around 21 km running and 90 km cycling.
  • His wife, Ankita Konwar, continues to accompany and support him along the route.
  • This fifth edition of the event, formerly known as the Unity Run, aligns with the government’s Fit India initiative to promote holistic wellness and mental resilience.
  • Backed by sponsors BetterAlt, The Health Factory, Plum and Fitelo, the expedition has grown into a nationwide movement inspiring thousands to embrace fitness.
  • The remaining legs will carry Soman and his support team through Ratnagiri and Kankavli before the journey concludes in Panjim, Goa.
