Overview
- Decree 922/2025, published in the Official Gazette, authorizes an advance of up to ARS 220,000 million for Entre Ríos to be executed in fiscal year 2026 by the Secretariat of the Treasury within the Economy Ministry.
- Repayment will accrue interest tied to the Argentine Wholesale Rate (TAMAR) and will be executed through automatic retentions of coparticipation transfers under Law 23,548 and other non-earmarked revenues.
