• The presidency published Decrees 627/2025 and 628/2025 in the Boletín Oficial on Wednesday to reestablish previously valid norms.
• The measures roll back changes enacted by DNUs 340/25, 345/25, 351/25, 461/25 and 462/25, which Congress voted down in mid-August.
• The reinstatements reverse moves such as dissolving the ANSV and Vialidad Nacional, altering INTI and INTA’s status, transforming the BNDG, fusing cultural institutes, and overhauling merchant-marine rules.
• The Executive cited the need for legal certainty and administrative continuity, directing ministries to implement the restorations with temporary support from the Cabinet Office, the Presidency’s General Secretariat and the Economy Ministry.
