Overview
- Most regions begin Monday seasonable to slightly above average and largely dry, with clouds increasing late day.
 - Showers develop in pockets Monday evening into the night, concentrated near some coastal zones and northern New England, with minimal accumulation.
 - Winds strengthen behind the front Monday into Tuesday, producing frequent 30–35 mph gusts and a blustery Election Day in parts of the Northeast.
 - Another round of mostly light, scattered showers is possible Wednesday night into early Thursday, followed by higher but still limited rain chances late week into the weekend.
 - Central Florida is an exception in the short term, warming to the low 80s before fronts moderate temperatures later this week.
