Former player Paul Bissonnette claimed Babcock asked players to show him their phones and displayed contents on office TV.
Bissonnette alleged Babcock did this with players on other teams in the past.
Babcock denied allegations, said he only asked players to share family photos.
Blue Jackets captain Boone Jenner supported Babcock's version of events.
