Migrant Crisis Intensifies at Southern U.S. Border

Border Patrol encounters over 10,000 migrants daily as administration seeks additional funding

Border Patrol agents are overwhelmed with the number of migrants, with encounters topping 10,000 in a single day.
Over 5,000 illegal immigrants are being released into the U.S. each day, in addition to the 1,600 migrants who arrive at ports of entry and are processed and released each day.
