Overview
- The new allocation is on top of S/65 million already budgeted for grassroots organizations including community kitchens, popular dining rooms and the Vaso de Leche program.
- Authorities say the fish distribution reached about 5,000 organizations that serve roughly 400,000 people in Lima and several regions.
- The rollout was carried out with the National Fisheries Society, with deliveries in districts of Lima and regions such as La Libertad, Moquegua and Ayacucho.
