Overview

• During routine repairs on watermains at Chantry Close in the Park End area of Middlesbrough, workmen uncovered a suspected unexploded device at 12:30 PM
• Cleveland Police evacuated the nearby cul-de-sac and imposed a 100-metre safety cordon pending specialist evaluation
