Overview

• MINT Income Fund, Middlefield Real Estate Dividend ETF, and Middlefield Global Real Asset Fund have announced their distributions for the first quarter of 2024.
• The distributions will be payable to unitholders with record dates in January, February, and March, and payable dates in February, March, and April.
• All three funds offer a distribution reinvestment plan (DRIP) for unitholders, allowing them to automatically reinvest distributions, commission free, and realize the benefits of compound growth.
• The Sustainable Real Estate Dividend Fund is expected to merge into the Middlefield Real Estate Dividend ETF on or about May 16, 2024.
