Microsoft Works on Edge's Circle To Copilot, Inspired by Google's Circle to Search

As Google's Circle to Search rolls out to new smartphones, Microsoft develops its own version for Edge, currently in experimental phase.

Microsoft is developing its own version of Google's Circle to Search feature, named Circle To Copilot, for the Edge browser.
Circle To Copilot allows users to circle objects or text on their screens to quickly search for them using an AI assistant.
The feature is currently available on the experimental build of Microsoft Edge Canary, but not all users have been able to access it.
Google's Circle to Search feature, which inspired Microsoft's version, is now available on Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro, and Samsung Galaxy S24 series smartphones.
Circle to Search enables users to perform searches directly from any app without switching, using simple gestures like circling or highlighting.
