Microsoft Updates Copilot for Windows With New UI and Native App Features

The latest update introduces a redesigned interface, conversation history sidebar, and improved functionality for Windows Insiders.

Microsoft has rolled out an updated version of its Copilot for Windows app to users in the Windows Insider Program via the Microsoft Store.
The update includes a redesigned user interface with a new sidebar that organizes conversation history and allows users to resume or start new chats with the AI chatbot.
The app now uses native Extensible Application Markup Language (XAML), moving away from the less functional web app version launched last year.
Users can interact with Copilot through text or voice input, and the app supports tailored responses based on the user's Windows version.
The update is being gradually released to all Windows Insiders and can be accessed using a keyboard shortcut or a dedicated Copilot key on compatible PCs.
