Microsoft Partners with iFixit to Sell Surface PC Spare Parts Worldwide

iFixit to offer genuine replacement parts for 13 Surface models in 30 countries, broadening Microsoft's commitment to DIY repairs and right-to-repair efforts.

• In addition to supplying replacement parts, iFixit provides disassembly videos, step-by-step guides, and toolkits to aid in the DIY repair process.
• Although Microsoft began selling its own Surface parts in June 2023, iFixit offers a broader range of components for more products, often at the same price points as Microsoft.
