Overview

• Always‑on collaborative agents are rolling out across Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage and Planner to support channels, meetings, sites and community workflows.
• The SharePoint Knowledge Agent auto‑tags and classifies files, evaluates content freshness, repairs broken links, and surfaces content gaps to make information AI‑ready.
• The Project Manager Agent turns goals into detailed task plans, assigns work (including to itself), tracks progress, and generates status reports integrated with Planner, Project for the Web, Loop and Teams.
• The Facilitator for Teams meetings is generally available, preparing agendas, capturing decisions and follow‑ups, and passing action items to the Project Manager Agent.
• Use requires Microsoft 365 Copilot plus Planner Premium or Project licenses, initial support is English, rollout is gradual to commercial cloud customers, and Microsoft plans to expand capabilities and data sources before broader availability in 2026.
