Microsoft's new AI chatbot, Support Virtual Agent, is now available to Xbox Insiders in the US as part of a preview release.
The chatbot is designed to assist users with Xbox console and game support issues using natural language processing.
Users can interact with the chatbot through text or voice, and it can animate as a character or appear as a colorful Xbox orb.
If the AI chatbot cannot resolve an issue, users can escalate to a live support agent during normal support hours.
Feedback from Xbox Insiders will be used to enhance the chatbot, which currently only supports the English language.
